Why should you care about me? Because I care about the customer.
I thrive best when I'm learning. Because of this, I have recently taken a leadership position on the committee for IxDA Vancouver. Our team offers ongoing social and learning events for the greater Vancouver area.
I organize my life around a few key principles. They are respect, empathy, growth, playfulness, organization, and gratitude.
I use information architecture, wire frames, prototypes low and high-fidelity mockups to help communicate my design ideas. I am comfortable presenting to engineers, product managers, peer design teams, customers and senior executives.
Through clear communication I excel at moving features and products from an idea into production by working closely with stakeholders. I am comfortable defending user experience when it's needed, but also able to work with a tight production schedule.
Working with challenging and complex scenarios feeds my creative mind. Seeing clean and beautiful solutions arise from chaos is very satisfying.
I enjoy the creation process and utilize innovation, project management, research, and empathy to help guide features and products from an idea into development.
